February 26th, 2009 From 7pm to 8:30pm, the New York Music and Theater Invention Company will host an evening of new musical theater works at the Ripley-Grier Studios in Manhattan. Scott will be performing in an excerpt of a new musical operetta called "La Ribalta". He will be playing a character loosely based on the Euroopean actor Helmut Burger who starred in a later version of Dorian Gray and was Vicrtorio De Sicas lover. |

June 27th, 2008 At the Cell Theater, located at 338 W. 23rd Street, Scott will participate in a closed workshop of the new musical Helen and Teacher Helen and Teacher is a musical interpretation of the lives and friendship of Helen Keller and her teacher, Anne Sullivan. Playwright/lyricist Susan Russell and composer Lynn Gumert are work-shopping this piece along with director Sarah Bellin. Scott will be playing the role of Anne's Father and Helen Keller's love interest Peter Fagan in this reading. |

May 21-23, 2008 Scott will be performing the role of "Thadee" in the York Theatre's presentation of Misia. This is a part of their developmental reading series. (Click the logo for more information) Misia tells the story of Misia Sert, the legendary muse and patroness of fin de siecle Paris whose extraordinary range of artistic discoveries and collaborators included Toulouse-Lautrec, Ravel, Nijinsky and Serge Diaghilev, all of whom appear in Misia. This previously unknown Vernon Duke score, written in Paris in 1949, receives its New York City premiere. |
